I feel this post is necessary and long overdue!
Why?
Because too many lightworkers…
1. Are struggling needlessly through the unique characteristics of our journey!
2. Have dimmed their light so much, they no longer know they are one!

So read on to learn the top 3 challenges of Lightworkers and change-makers so you can live as you were meant to with greater ease, joy and good!!!
CHALLENGE #3:
OWNING OUR UNIQUE POWER, BRILLIANCE & ROLE (WITHOUT DIMMING IT)
“We are the lightworkers here to invite others through our radiant, courageous lit-up presence to live as daringly, creatively and lovingly as only our true Selves can!”
Listen beauty, as lightworkers you have a sacred soul contract and role you’re here to play…
You are here to:
– Bring forth great love, light & possibility.
– Embody the new (or better said, “only”) paradigm that understands the inside-out nature of reality where no blame exists and you are the SOURCE of all peace, power and fulfillment from within.
– Model the faith, brilliance and heart-led living that ushers others away from fear and limitation into creativity, peace & love.
– Know your beauty, power & brilliance so deeply, it radiates through your every word, manifestation and pore… and ignites this power in others!
Pretty freaking brilliant if you ask me!
However, that makes us radically unique and bright beings…
Beings so bright, most don’t understand us and we learn to dim our light.
… And we dim,
… And we dim,
… And we dim,
To the point of forgetting!
And too many of us walk around not knowing our true role, brilliance and beauty!
~ Sigh ~
For those of us that have forgotten, our first step, challenge and opportunity is to reclaim it!
We must reclaim our power and light boldly!!!!
We must own the masterful, important beings we are and came here to be!!!

CHALLENGE #2:
UNDERSTANDING OUR UNIQUE PATH (WITHOUT CREATING NEEDLESS STRUGGLE)
As we realize the truth of our divine nature, remember our innate power and allow it through…
We unleash amazing creations that permeate and shape society!
BUT as they say:
“With such great power comes great responsibility…
… And thus great trainings & initiations too!”
In other words, many of us will go through many perceived challenges and hardships because…
*** THAT is how POWERFUL we are.
*** THAT is how we are INITIATED to be agents of real transformation.
*** THAT is the journey we are here to be TRAINED THROUGH TO GUIDE others on!
And if you don’t learn to gracefully FLOW with these initiations and trainings…
This is where struggle begins and needlessly persists.
Because unless we learn to flow, we will struggle.
… Unless we see the training and initiation that is actually taking place (vs labeling it as some unjust challenge), we will prolong the experience.
… Unless we understand what is and isn’t ours, we’ll place false labels and conclusions about ourselves and limit our power, experiences and life.
And worse, we won’t fully allow through the light, wisdom and understanding we are here to bring!
Now to get to the other side of these “blessings disguised as challenges” with greatest ease and grace, I remind you of a few lessons that when mastered will help you gracefully see your way through:
1) Everything happens for the greatest evolution of your soul and the unfolding of all. Embrace whatever you’re going through as a divinely guided perfect blessing.
2) Your ego only knows one way and easily gives up whereas your real Self knows there are infinite other possibilities. If something feels blocked, rather than throwing in the towel, rise to your higher self and dive in to discover the myriad of fresh new viewpoints, possibilities or solutions wanting to arise through.
3) It is very likely that ZERO of what you’re feeling is yours, rather what you’re here to transform for the collective as part of your contribution and role (aka: if you’re feeling something icky, it’s not yours so stop taking it personally.)
4) This is your sacred training ground. Embrace whatever challenge as not a problem but opportunity with gratitude, curiosity and strength of heart!
5) Pain happens, suffering is optional. Are your breath, viewpoint and thoughts helping you or creating suffering for you?
CHALLENGE #1:
LIVING OUR LIGHT ABUNDANTLY & “OFF THE MAT”
So when it comes to the every day life and experiences of a lightworker…
TOO many of you:
A) Don’t know how to live your role ABUNDANTLY!
B) Don’t know how to be in you light CONSISTENTLY in every day life!
SO LET’S TALK ABOUT THE FIRST: $$$$
… Are you one of the many that doesn’t know how to make a living through your gifts?
… Do you think you shouldn’t “charge” for your soul’s service?
NOW TO BE TOTALLY REAL…
Not every lightworker needs to make a living on their purpose.
In fact, your soul’s purpose may not necessarily be related to a vocation or career.
WHY?
Because lightworker is who you are, not what you do!!!
BUT if you are one of those that is aching to leave a meaningless job behind…
If you just can’t imagine living that life for one more day, than you just might be getting called to do just that!
And it is part of your responsibility to learn how BECAUSE YOU CAN!
Your’s is a service beyond needed and beyond valuable.
So role up your sleeves beautiful and get the support you need to break through!
NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT STAYING LOVING WHEN THINGS GET ROUGH
I see this so often…
… We feel great on the meditation cushion!
… We feel all loving coming off the yoga mat or trance dance floor!
And then we get into traffic, bump into an ex, or have dinner with that frustrating relative and all our serenity goes out the window!
And so we continue on an endless search back to peace….
We go on the next silent meditation retreat.
We go to another shamanic healer or chakra balancer.
We buy more crystals, sage our houses and fly to India in hopes of salvation.
Not realizing we have the power to stay in presence.
Not realizing we are the ones to create our feelings of peace and good.
Not realizing we are the ones to liberate us as we come to truly understand our selves, life and our role in the experience of our lives.
So it’s time to role up your sleeves on that one too!
It’s time to stop chasing peace outside of you and learn how to stay centered in traffic, loving with our neighbors and trusting with whatever is unfolding around and through us!
You can and you will, because this is what will not only make you the greatest lightworker and leader, it will make YOUR PATH & LIFE THE GLORIOUS, SYNCHRONICITY & LOVE FILLED EXPERIENCE you know is possible for you.
So give yourself the gifts of…
… OWNING YOUR ROLE,
… EMBRACING YOUR TRAINING GROUND,
… LEARNING HOW TO BE ABUNDANT AND CONSISTENT IN YOUR LIGHT!
Because you deserve it beautiful and it is what is available to you.
